Our Swim Lessons

Infant Swim Lessons
In a warm, nurturing environment, we use a child-centered approach that prioritizes comfort and ease in the water. Through this approach, little ones develop familiarity with the water, building essential water safety and early survival skills.

Toddler Swim Lessons
Our Toddler Swim Lessons use a structured yet playful approach to teach important water safety and foundational swim skills. Through small class sizes and engaging activities, toddlers become comfortable and confident in the water while learning essential swimming and self-rescue skills.

School age Swim Lessons
Our school age swim lessons meets swimmers where they are, whether it’s their first lesson or they’re preparing for a swim team. Through structured, engaging lessons, swimmers develop essential skills while having fun. Each level builds confidence and ability as they progress.

Competitive Swim Training
This swim class focuses on the mastery all four competitive strokes, introduction to turns, improvement of endurance and increase in speed.

Private Swim Lessons
Swimmers receive one-on-one instruction and development from a private instructor and are taught the same curriculum as swimmers in our group classes.

Adult Swim Lessons
No matter your age, it’s never too late to learn to swim. Whether you’re overcoming a fear of the water or hoping to improve your technique, our instructors are here to help you succeed. Swimming is a lifelong skill that supports both fitness and safety.

Speed Weeks
Take advantage of accelerated learning in our Speed Week classes that last for one week and have 5 total swim lessons.

Splash and Learn Camps
Splash & Learn Camps are weekly (Mon-Thurs) half-day camps where children ages 5-12 will be grouped by age and swim level for a 30-minute swim lesson each day. In addition to the swim lesson they will enjoy coach guided free swim as well as fun crafts and activities out of the water!
