Aqua Fitness

We are excited to transform our pool into an aquatic floating fitness studio in the mornings and over the lunch hour. We have everything you need for our classes and offer something for everyone and all of our classes accommodate every level of fitness.

Whether you would like to walk in our warm therapeutic pool, swim laps, have a full mind-body workout with floating yoga or sweat it off in water aerobics or our floatin Bogafit classes, we have a fun workout for you.


BogaFIT offers a unique workout on water utilizing traditional gym workouts like
burpees, pushups, sit-ups but with new unique adaptations. The FITMAT platform adds
a totally unique core body workout by creating controlled instability.


BogaYOGA is a 1 hour YOGA FLOW class on water that works well for both beginner to experienced YOGIS.

Water Aerobiccs

Water Aerobics is a 1 hour low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance. This class is fun, and it can be as challenging as you like.

If you would like to walk in our warm therapeutic pool or swim laps, this is available during the timeframes that aqua fitness classes are taking place.
