the Hope Floats Foundation
Together, Arkansas Swim Academy and Hope Floats Foundation are committed to providing scholarships and tuition assistance for high-quality swim lessons for low-income children and their families in Northwest Arkansas.
There is a huge need for swim lessons, and the kids that need them the most – lower socio-economic level kids – are not getting them. Arkansas Swim Academy is excited to “swim it forward” by offering scholarships for swim lessons right here in our community. 100% of your donation will provide scholarships for swim lessons to local children in Northwest Arkansas.
The Hope Floats Foundation scholarship program formally launched in September 2018. There are now 180 partners across 29 states. Hope Floats and its network of partner swim schools provide thousands of swim lessons for children who otherwise would not have access.

Make a direct contribution
Your donation supports the Arkansas Swim Academy Hope Floats program. 100% of your contributions are used for swim lesson scholarships locally.
Connect us with your company or employer
Your personal connection to Arkansas Swim Academy will help facilitate a conversation with them. Companies are much more willing to consider a donation/sponsorship request if the organization has already made a positive impact for one of their employees and if their contributions stay in the local community.
Participate in Events we Host
We host events throughout the year at our swim school that support Hope Floats Foundation. 100% of your donation at these events goes to swim lesson scholarships right here at Arkansas Swim Academy!
Do I Qualify for Assistance?
Apply for tuition assistance for swim lessons!
Hope Floats makes its financial aid awards based on availability of funds and on a sliding scale similar to the one schools use to determine eligibility for free/reduced school lunches. (see USDA Income Eligibility)
To apply for assistance, families must supply a completed Confidential Application for Tuition Support (below), including a copy of last year’s Federal Tax Return with Social Security numbers redacted.
Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
